Terms of Service
Last updated: June 19, 2026
1. Who we are
BandMaster is a music rehearsal and live-performance platform operated as part of the GoMASTER brand family. By creating an account or using the free tools, you agree to these terms.
2. Your content and rights
You keep ownership of the audio you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload, separate, share, or sell any track. You grant BandMaster a limited licence to process, store, and (where you choose to publish or sell) display and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the service.
Do not upload material you do not have permission to use. Uploading copyrighted recordings you do not own or licence is a breach of these terms.
3. Copyright and takedowns
We respond to good-faith copyright and abuse reports. If you believe content on BandMaster infringes your rights, use the report option on the item or contact us, and we may remove it while we review. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
4. Free tools and stored files
The free tools (stem separation, vocal removal, BPM/key analysis) may process files anonymously. Files from anonymous use are temporary and are automatically deleted after a short period. Files saved to a signed-in account are retained until you delete them or close your account.
5. Marketplace and payments
Sellers are responsible for the content they list and for holding the rights to sell it. Prices are shown in the listed currency. Specific payment, payout, and refund terms will be provided at the point of sale.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, or abuse the platform, and no infringing or harmful uploads. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove accounts and content that violate these terms.
7. No warranty & liability
BandMaster is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions? Contact us at the email listed on our site. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
